This training panel provides technicians, engineers and instructors with the opportunity to demonstrate, investigate, and fault-find a simulation of the electrical system of a typical Electric Vehicle.

STEM TECH EV Trainer Panel will allows students and technician to investigate in a safe environments the flow of energy to and from the High Voltage battery, investigate and troubleshoot multiple issues based on chosen test case scenarios by the teacher.​

High EV Battery Rebuilder and Repair

STEAM TECH EV battery rebuilder is a must-have piece of equipment for any hybrid shop, garage or business. Connect your hybrid battery pack and simply start the rebuilding plan - software is included.

STEAM Tech EV battery rebuilder will inject new life into your hybrid battery AND provide full state-of-health reports for every individual module. This instrument is the best tool for building high-quality, balanced battery packs. Battery rebuilding and cell balancing used to be a complicated, labor-intensive operation with STEAM Tech this process is made easy.

This device is still being developed and tested by STEAM Tech engineers.

STEAM TECH Hybrid EV Trainer

 This is a cutaway system based on Toyota C-HR that is being designed specially to demonstrate the operation of a typical hybrid drive train. It clearly visualizes all internal components of hybrid drive train systems such as internal combustion engine, torque damped assembly, motor, generator, planetary gear set, transaxle, inverter and non-functional high voltage battery. All the rotating components in the system are encased in plexiglass, making it safe platform for demonstration. Up to eight basic operational mode of a basic hybrid drive train system can be demonstrated.
